This initiative had requested two forms of resources from the City of Knoxville. The first being, help in promotion from the City and or its officials to increase awareness of the series. The second being, nominal funds to help assist with the costs of producing the series.

Given the talented team that has been recruited for this initiative, this proposal is able to keep its costs drastically reduced, down to $4,500 in total funds needed. The following specifies the use of those funds in the name of transparency and good faith:

$1,500 for event production services and webinar platform, for all six seminars; $2,000 for post-production and micro assets used within social media and through the online knowledge base (simultaneously supporting promotion and knowledge share); and $1,000 for graphic design services and social media management (supporting promotion and design of info graphics).

For any funds received and in the name of transparency, we will be posting where every dollar is spent during the course of this initiative. Again, doing the right thing here and not profiteering from getting businesses this valuable and critical information for our pandemic relief and business continuity efforts.
